grace turned 6 in august and in celebration, we jabbed holes in her and made her cry. in my defense, this was by her choice. although, the breakdown was only after the 1st ear and she pleaded not to do the 2nd. it took me holding her down and a complete (kind of weird) stranger holding her hand to get the 2nd ear done. though when it was all done, she turned her tears off in .5 seconds and flashed me a cheesy grin for the camera, showing off her brand new sparklers. the things we do for the price of beauty.

So funny! Clara came in and asked me if she could have earrings the other day. I said, "Honey, they punch holes in your ears with needles and it hurts." She said, "No, I don't want to do that." I told her maybe when she is 8 we can discuss it. :) That's when I had mine done.
We had Marlees ears pierced too & I love it-so cute!
I want Kallie to get hers so bad, but there's no convincing her. She heard from her sister how bad it hurt and it ruined EVERYTHING. hahaha
In fact, I just asked her yesterday when she would like her ears pierced and she said, "When I'm a mom. And maybe not even then, Mommy."
I am sorry but that made me smile. she is so darn cute. Is she still dancing?
I am so evil! I don't know why but I busted up laughing at that video.... still laughing :) Cute girl though!
oh, i was laughing too! the delayed reaction was so funny to me. i just tried to hide it :) kate, we're taking a break right now from dancing cause she's doing gymnastics. we'll probably start dance back up in january so she can do recital. i'm kind of sad she won't be in nutcracker though!
that made me laugh! evil, but true. she is darling. i'm glad she loves them.
we took sarah's katherine to get her's done here in idaho falls... hilarious! 4 hours later! finally a stranger bought her a candy & it distracted her enough to finish. cute bon! congrats grace, welcome to the club!
