i haven't updated in awhile it feels like. mostly because i have nothing to say, yet everything to say at the same time. (but mostly nothing) let's have a quick rundown of what the thompson's are doing.
-grace had her first piano recital. video to come.
-grace and her friend performed in the school talent show. it was amazing. video to come.
-tucker had his last baseball game. we started the baseball season with all sorts of enthusiasm and ended it with a grateful sigh of relief.
-i am still working, and close to being off orientation. that means i won't have a nurse babysitter anymore. heaven help us all. and by "all" i mostly just mean my patients and me.
-i only feel like crying maybe 2 times a week while still adjusting to my nighttime schedule. sleep is for pansies. and i'm a pansy sometimes.
-this week is the last week of school. i don't know whether to jump for joy or hide in the corner.
-the kids are really into hurting each other now. it's pretty awesome.
-i have a new friend of interest. that might be all i say of that.
-i got the newest taylor swift cd at the library a few weeks ago "for the kids" and i think i have the whole thing memorized. they have only heard it maybe 3 times.
-better posts, pictures and videos all to come. just not tonight.
