Party #2 was the next day (after Disneyland) in Tucson. That means Mommy got up the next morning and drove the kids all the way to Tucson, partied, then drove all the way back that night for work the next day. (Just wanted you to feel sorry for me) This party included the BIG present. The one Tucker has been waiting for since about Sept. when he figured out how to ride Gracie's big princess bike.

3 means Tucker will be a Sunbeam in 2 weeks. 3 means Tucker will start preschool in August. Best of all it means he is officially potty trained!!! My plan worked, he mostly did it himself, he was a dream!! I barely had to do anything, he just figured it out. He's only had about 2-3 accidents total. This is exact OPPOSITE to another child I have who will remain nameless. (but still wets their pants at 4) Yeah Tucker (thank you for being so kind to mommy) BUT all of these things mean that my kids are getting older and I am getting sadder at this fact.

Bonnie, you are a great mom.
You are so dedicated and have every right to murmur now and then.
Keep up the good work.
Thankfully there are more happy mile stones than sad ones. We mom feel both well. :)
Hats off to you.
Love, Aunt Janet
So what's the potty training plan?
December Sunbeams are the best! Congrats on the potty training, that is my least favorite thing. Maybe I'll send Pete to you in a couple of years :)
Tucker looks soooooo happy about that bike! I can't believe what a big boy he is now. I can't wait to see him in January.
Seriously...you've got the cutest kids in the whole, wide world! Of course, being an awesome mom, you know this already. But in case you haven't heard it today...are you still living in Phoenix? If so, I'd love to see you when I am in town Jan 5-9 :)
Courtney,
My plan was I was refusing to potty train him period. I had such an awful experience with Grace I didn't want to do it again with Tucker. So I was just going to wait it out until he did most of the work. Turns out, he did. I mostly just gave him suggestions and went along with it. I think it went so fast for him cause he was really ready. Grace on the other hand was not ready, thus bad experience
Tucker is a stud about the potty training. As his other caregiver, I am sooo appreciative. He is getting so tall and so little boy-like. I kind of can't stand it.
