So, not that anything super exciting has come my way, I still felt I should update (for some reason). If you're bored when reading, that's ok, I am too (that's why I'm blogging).
School: On Oct. 21st I'll find out for sure if I got accepted to the nursing program for Jan. Please!!!!!!!!! let me get in. I'm dying here. If for some reason I don't get in, I may slip into a small depression and eat brownies and cookies for several months as a protest. But, I'm pretty sure I will get in. I mean come on, how could they NOT accept me?? wink, wink. Oh wait, ask the people who rejected me three times. Shoot! Anywho, that's keeping me pretty anxious for the next few weeks.
Socialness: So my bff Leslie came home a few weeks ago from her mission. You know what this means? I have a friend again, yeah! All my friends are either married or have left me and moved so I've had no friends to go "out" with. Me and Les are painting the town red let me tell you. The single scene doesn'st know what's hit them. Too bad it's sincerely lacking around here, but that's beside the point. We even visited a blast from the past and went tp-ing after institute a few nights ago. Don't judge me because I'm 24 and have two kids and am still tp-ing. You know you wished it was you.
Work: Man, I could have some good stories for you. Unfortunately, I have to keep pretty tight lipped due to certain privacy laws. BUT, these are the craziest bunch of patients I've been around so far, let me tell you! My lifestyle, religion, and ego have been severely beaten, bruised, cursed at and insulted by a couple of crazies, and yet I am still standing. Truly a miracle!!
That's the end of my little update for ya. Now I must go pout over the banana mini muffins I burned for Gracie's class tomorrow in writing this. Sigh...now look what you made me do

I love tp-ing and just did with the stake YCL's this past summer and I am double your age with 3 grandchildren.
