so in the end, i quit my job. i can't remember if i said that in the last post or not. now is the time to patch up any loose ends and hope that the parents aren't upset with me. oh well.
i have a question. how do you load a picture from the internet and/or where are you people finding these random pictures? i feel like my blog is pretty boring without fun pictures. (without the obvious pictures of my kids).
in case no one has seen the dollar aisle at target lately, my awesome cousin tatum hooked me up with a whole bag of "the office" stuff. grace is wondering what the black mug is for. she doesn't believe it's for drinking.
i have another question...give me your best explanation or "line" on how to gently let somebody know you don't like them (think back to your dating days and we're talking about the opposite sex-unless you play for the "other" team). i'm in a pickle...
i am clueless as what to have the kids be for halloween this year. i think tucker would be cute as a pirate but i think a ton of kids are going to be pirates this year seeing that pirates of the caribbean came out earlier. i didn't even see that movie, i just think tucker would be cute as one cause he can say "arghh." but let's be honest, he's not going to keep any elaborate costume on him. sunday morning brought lots of tantrums and crying because he doesn't like to wear pants, button down shirts, or his church shoes. so if he had his way he would go to church naked with his sandals on.
grace is successfully learning how to get dressed. she does this for me, then asks "isn't that amazing?" yes, yes it is.
scene: dinner a few nights ago-
my dad blesses the food
the prayer is done
grace: papa, nobody didn't ask you to say the prayer
priesthood is a hard concept for a 3 year old to grasp, don't you think?

So much to say...
Find an image with Google Image Search. Right click on the picture and click on "Copy image location." Then paste it in the Web Image space on Blogger. Or save the image to your computer.
Don't tell him you don't like him. Just don't return his calls or go out with him. Ignore him. (That sounds awful! But I think it is gentle while being obvious.)
Church is all around hard with my kids these days. I feel for you. Keep on truckin!
abby-thanks for the technical info. i will try to spice things up soon.
i can't completely ignore him because a)he's in my ward
b)his dad's my bishop
c)my family has known his FOREVER and i don't want there to be bad blood
i've tried to give him hints by telling him i can't go on a date for like 2 more weeks. (i've done this twice now). or trying to get off the phone quicker when he calls. he's not getting it.
Hey BON! Your Blog is adorable...those kids!! I have a blog now too. We need to get more folks in the fam to start these!1
I hear ya on the price of the starter kit, but I think it is worth it. They give you two shades, a bronzer, and mineral veil. I love it. Then after you get the initial kit you can just buy what you need. Plus, you have to use their brushes.
